When can Flex Hours occur, and how often?

Summer Flex Hours Events can occur during the months of July through October and may occur on any day of the week. A typical summer event may occur anytime between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m and will last no longer than two hours.

Winter Flex Hours Events can occur during the months of December through April and may occur on any day of the week. A typical winter event may occur anytime between 5 a.m. and 12 p.m. and will last no longer than two hours.

There will never be more than five events in a season. Events may not be scheduled during federal holidays, except in the event of a system emergency.
