When is the STAR summer/winter season?

The STAR summer season runs from July 1 through September 30, and the STAR winter season runs from December 1 through March 31.

Remember, even during the program season, we'll only adjust your thermostat schedule during Flex Hours. These happen up to five times in the season, and run a maximum of 2 hours each. The rest of the time, your thermostat will run on your normal schedule unless it is adjusted by you. We'll always let you know ahead of time when Flex Hours are scheduled.
